Starbucks lemon loaf, 1-1/2 C flour, 1/2 t baking soda, 1/2 t bp, 1/2 t salt, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 2 T softened butter 1 t vanilla, 1 t lemon extract, 1/3 C lemon juice, 1/2 C vegetable oil. Icing, 1 C + 1 T powdered sugar, 2 T milk, 1/2 t lemon extract. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and bake @ 350°for 45 minutes. Cool & Ice.
