another pinner says: 1 tsp to 1 tbsp in 8 oz of water 1 to 3 times a day. it has helped me to lose that last bit of pudge (about 10 lbs) that i could not shake after having a baby. i will never give it up. it also helps with indegestion and upset stomach. it's also great great great if you are coming down with a cold. it's pretty amazing.
