Italian Crockpot Chicken 16 oz Italian Dressing; 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts; 1/2 C of Parmesan Cheese; Italian Seasoning; 1/2 bag mini carrots; 4-6 Potatoes scrubbed cut in wedges. Coat crock bottom w/ dressing, layer half of chicken, cheese, seasoning, & carrots in order, sprinkling dressing between each ingredient. Add potatoes & repeat layering. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
