Did you know that you could go to Home Depot and buy a six foot long piece of foam pipe insulation for only $0.97? Well, you can. And you can take that piece of foam, cut it to any length you want, duct tape the ends together, and have the perfect foam wreath shape. Thank you Pinterest for that tip!
Instead of buying a pricey wreath form, I headed to Home Depot and bought some pipe insulation. It's $.97 for a long piece of it (you could get 2 or 3 wreaths out of it depending on how big you made them). I cut a piece of the foam to the size I wanted and used a piece of Gorilla tape to secure the ends together.

Make a dress form that is the exact replica of your body... with duct tape! Mad in Crafts..........This is the best one of all the tutorials out there about making a dress form from duct tape. The other ones that I have seen involved way too much mess and danger to your physical being. This is genius ...wear an extra long teeshirt tape it up then take it off. -op
