Pool Noodle Wreath Form

Did you know that you could go to Home Depot and buy a six foot long piece of foam pipe insulation for only $0.97? Well, you can. It's $.97 for a long piece of it (you could get 2 or 3 wreaths out of it depending on how big you made them). Make a dress form that is the exact replica of your body... with duct tape! Mad in Crafts..........This is the best one of all the tutorials out there about making a dress form from duct tape. The other ones that I have seen involved way too much mess and danger to your physical being. This is genius ...wear an extra long teeshirt tape it up then take it off. -op
