Beer Crust Pizza. This pizza dough uses beer instead of yeast. The result is a quick and tasty thin crust pizza that is on the table in about 30 minutes.
Tried it tonight with kids and it was so fast, so easy, and oh so delish! It definitely tastes like a beer batter. We used fresh basil, thyme, oregano with simple tomatoe sauce. Spinach, fresh pepperoni, mozzarella, mushrooms, tomatoes & parmigiano. Kids had fun, and it was ready super quick! Dinner under an hour!
