Dinner tonight was: Roasted red peppers, sliced haloumi and merguez sausages.This is one of my stupidly easy, go-to meals. Pictured here is something more visually appealing (Haloumi wrapped in red pepper with lemon & chilli.) Try both recipes. Easy, great favours and satisfying. Thanks to Nigella for getting me to cook with this glorious, glorious cheese.
