Death-by-Butter-Cookies (a.k.a., Gooey Butter Cookies): 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix, 1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 pkg cream cheese @ room temperature (8 oz. pkg), 1 egg. Combine all ingredients with electric mixer until well blended. Chill dough for two hours. Roll into balls (about walnut size). Roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when completely cooled.

Key Lime Coconut Pecan Cake Mix Cookies

One box white cake mix (with the ingredients called for on the box) plus one box pistachio jello pudding.

Ooey Gooey Butter Cookies! INGREDIENTS... 1 Box of Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 Egg 1/2 Cup if Real Butter 1 tsp. of Vanilla Powdered Sugar STEPS... 1. Beat egg, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy 2. Add cake mix and blend well 3. Chill batter for at least 1 hour 4. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees 5. Roll batter into tsp. sized balls 6. Drop balls into powdered sugar 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. (Cookies will be slightly dry on top) 8. Sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar after removing them from the oven ** I add cinnamon sugar for a little twist** 9. Now serve and enjoy!
