1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh leaves
4 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Ginger, fresh
2 Jalapeno chiles


4 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/3 cup Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Grapeseed or canola oil
1/4 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin
