love this!- Pick out 5 each day for a weeks worth of excersizing, so you work different muscle groups each day. At the end of the week, put them all back in for the next week.

You do five a day, moving them to the done cup. At the end of the week you move them all back into the workout cup and start over -love this idea. I would color code them for upper, lower, abs, and back to keep it varied.
