Chicken/Broccoli Casserole - 3 chicken breasts cooked, shredded, 2 cans cream of chick. soup, 1 cup mayo, 1 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese, 1 bag frozen broccoli (thawed & chopped). Mix together & transfer to a greased 2 qt. casserole & cook @ 375 about 30 minutes.
