Sharpie Oil-Based. I learned the hard way; these are actually the type of sharpie you need for all those "bake @ 350 to make a super cute mug" ideas!

Put stickers down first on the mug. Dot all over with a Sharpie, then peel off the stickers before putting the mug in the oven!
