    I swear - once you start making these they are like healthy breakfast crack. If you don't like super thick oatmeal I suggest first off 1/3 cup milk! Chia seeds are ridiculously yummy! Ch-ch-ch-chia! yummy

    Whoops! This one is 1/3! Most of the other ones I've tried are You can go up to 1/2!
