Condiments

1/3 cup Molasses
1 tsp Mustard, dry

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp Cloves, ground
2/3 cup Demerara sugar
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp Sea salt
2 2/3 cups Spelt flour

Dairy

3/4 cup Butter, unsalted
2 cups Yogurt, whole fat

Gingerbread! From Nourishing Traditions, via Lisa's Vegetarian Kitchen. Uses spelt flour and a good amount of dairy and eggs. Not vegan.
