1 Yellow onion, medium

1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
1 15-ounce can Tomatoes with italian seasonings

Oils & Vinegars

1 1/3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, part-skim
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


1/2 cup Water
