1/2 lb Asparagus spears, fresh
1 But firm avocado, whole ripe
1 1/2 cups Green peas
1 bunch Radishes
1 Shallot

Condiments

2 tsp Honey

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt
2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted

Oils & Vinegars

4 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp Sesame oil
