French Pear Martini 1 part St. Germain liqueur 1 part Grey Goose Pear Topped with Champagne Combine the St. Germain liqueur and pear vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim. Top it off with champagne and garnish with a pear slice.
