1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
1 tsp Cumin and oregano, ground
3 Garlic cloves, large
1 Onion, medium large medium
1 can Tomatoes, petite

Canned Goods

1 qt Vegetable broth, good quality

Baking & Spices

1 oz Bittersweet chocolate
3 tbsp Chili powder

Oils & Vinegars

1 generous tbsp Vegetable oil
