I love how lean and fit she looks. However, gaining weight is simply the result of storing more calories than you can burn. So "The ONLY way to get rid of a Muffin Top" (ie, loose fat around the waist) is to... BURN those STORED CALORIES! When you EAT CLEAN (reduce the amount of calories you take in) and do CARDIO (increase the amount of calories you burn), the result is FAT LOSS!
