Queso Blanco

1 small bunch Cilantro
1 Jalapeno or serrano, large
1 Roma tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can Tomatoes and green chilies
1/4 cup White onion

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive or vegetable oil

Dairy

16 oz American cheese, white
3/4 cup Cream or half-and-half
4 oz Monterrey jack cheese

Queso Blanco made with jalapenos, monterrey jack cheese, heavy cream, cilantro and other yummy ingredients; this would be all I needed on a desert island, along with sweet tea of course!
