Wake Up Work Out Alarm Clock - one way to get ya out of bed. It takes 30 reps of the light weight to shut off the alarm. By then, you'll be too awake to go back to sleep. Not only would it force me out of bed but it will also force me to start the day exercising!
Grab a dumbbell in your right hand and shift your weight to your right leg. Extend your left leg out to the side, toe pointed. Curl the dumbbell up as you turn your torso to the left and lift your left knee across to your right arm. Slowly untwist and return your arm and leg to start.
