Crockpot - Beef & Broccoli Put 1 lb. boneless, beef chuck roast, sliced, 1 cup beef broth or consume, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 T. sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves, minced in crockpot.
