1/3 cup Mint, fresh leaves

1 Red onion, medium


2 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

Pasta & Grains

12 oz Rotini, whole-grain

Baking & Spices

3/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 tsp Cumin, ground


1 1/4 cups Greek-style yogurt, low-fat plain


1 pound (30 to 35 per lb.) peeled deveined shrimp, tails removed
