2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Picked fresh thyme, leaves
1 tsp Rosemary, fresh
1 lb Spinach, leaves
1 Yellow onion

Refrigerated

2 Eggs, large

Pasta & Grains

2 cups Quinoa, cooked

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 tsp Red-pepper flakes

Oils & Vinegars

2 tsp Olive oil
1 Olive-oil cooking spray

Bread & Baked Goods

1 Breadcrumbs

Dairy

1 cup Cottage cheese, nonfat

In place of fresh spinach, you can also use 3/4 cup frozen, chopped spinach that has been thawed.
