5 STARS: "Honey-Lime Quinoa Stuffed Sweet Potatoes. Used 2 garlic cloves and broiled the cheese till it was brown. I would also remove the sweet potato (used large sizes and only used about 75%) from the skin, mix it all together, put it in individual oven safe bowls, then broil the cheese, for the simply fact that would make it easier to eat :)"
