Blueberry Vi-Shake Protein Cobbler Place frozen blueberries in bottom of 9" square pan. Sprinkle a little Vi-Shake (dry) and cinnamon over the berries. Make the muffin recipe (2 cup shake, 1 c almond milk, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 TBL oil, mixed) and poure it over the berries. Make a streusel (some chopped pecans, shake and oil) and sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done (ovens really vary so start checking at 15 minutes - - up to 25 minutes).
