Cream of Mango Soup - 2 mangos - peeled, seeded and cubed, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1 lemon, zested and juiced, 1 1/2 cups half-and-half - Directions: Place the mango, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and half-and-half into a blender or food processor. Cover, and process until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
