Boston Cream Pie Cake. I made this for Mother's Day and it was super-easy and turned out delicious (looks spectacular on a pretty cake plate, too)! I used a plain, bakery-made angel food cake and substituted whipped heavy cream for Cool Whip. I also added a few drops of half and half to make the chocolate easier to work with. It only takes a few minutes to make this way. Then I chilled it a couple hours before serving, but you don't have to. Rave reviews!
Greek Custard Pie. Sweet custard and layer and layer of buttery phyllo dough. Someone wake me up. I'm in Greek heaven.
Blueberry pie!... I always put a top layer of crust on mine, it makes it extra delicious!:)
