Pumpkin Pie Smoothie ~ 1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology - 1 frozen Banana • 3 Ice Cubes • 1C Almond Milk • ¾C Pure Pumpkin • ¼C Oats • ¼t Chia Seeds (optional) • 1t Maple Syrup (or more to taste) • dash of Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Pumpkin Pie Spice • Whipped Cream (optional)
Shakeology PB2 Protein Ball Recipe -8 Tbs PB2, 3 Tbs natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup Shakeology mix, 3 Tbs raw honey, 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats Mix PB2 with water until it's a paste like consistency. Mix with all indredients until dry/crumbly texture. Roll into small balls and place on wax sheet. freeze until firm. 12 balls
Chocolate Shakeology Butterfinger Blizzard Recipe: 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp Butterscotch jello powder. Lots of ice. Blend until smooth. Recipe provided by Sommer Tucker.
