To make the whipped cream, you’ll need: -1 scoop Tropical Shakeology -1 refrigerated(to separate) can of coconut milk(not light -1 refrigerated box of Healthy Top vegan, non-soy whipping cream -2 oz raw coconut water -2 TB raw agave nectar -1 TB alcohol-free natural vanilla -1 TB raw, organic palm sugar, powdered in blender beforehand

    -Carefully open chilled can of coconut milk. Scoop out cream from top & add to chilled stainless mixing bowl. Discard water at bottom of can. -Add all other ingredients. -Whip on high with chilled whisk/whipping attachment to desired consistency, about 3-4 minutes. Makes 4 cups, enough to serve your brunch crowd. Besides smoothies, spoon it on fresh fruit, crepes, & anything else you’d put whipped cream on. Be prepared to hand out the recipe! Your guests won’t believe something this yummy is so healthy :)
