2 cups Artichokes
2 tbsp Flat leaf parsley
3 cloves Garlic
1 Lemon, zest of unsprayed or organic
1/2 Onion
1 tsp Thyme, fresh

Canned Goods

4 1/2 cups Chicken or vegetable stock

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil


3/4 cup Parmesan or pecorino cheese, grated

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1/4 cup White wine, dry
