Cute for Thanksgiving!! No recipe, but look close...it's a mini nutter butter cookie, a Hershey kiss and a chocolate chip. #Thanksgiving
Glass vases with white or ivory candles are ideal for any time of year. Fill with small pumpkins for Thanksgiving, red berries or tree cuttings for Christmas, Lilies for Easter, and so on. I have large lanterns on our front porch and change the contents and candles seasonally. It is a simple idea, but everyone loves it. People think you worked for hours, and really it is so simple.

This fabulous cake is on the cover of the September issue of Southern Living magazine. I made the recipe for my bunco group last week. It was a rousing success. A friend asked if I had the magazine. She got it from the coffee table and brought it to the kitchen to show that mine looked just like the cover. By all means try this recipe. It will be a regular in our kitchen.
