All throughout scripture, we see that God’s system is based on sowing and reaping. In other words, what you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. The same is true when we pray for others. When we focus on doing God’s work, when we yield ourselves to His purposes, then He is able to do a work in us. When we pray for others, we receive His healing power in our lives as a result.
You're a different person now, it's just sad because I miss you a lot! Strangers can become best friends just as easy as best friends can become strangers. I can think of some people that I used to be close with trying to reach out to them, but I get nothing in return. I like what Frank Ocean said, "We met for a reason, either you're a blessing or a lesson."
If that person is hurt by your actions and words, that's what matters. NOTHING ELSE! That's what you should be caring about not your job, random girl at work, or proving your point to make it okay. That person is hurt by you, so care enough to take that pain away not bring more to them by trying to explain why you thought it was right and okay. -S.L.
