Crafty stuff & DIY
I need to make these!
Ceramic Skinny: Check out all the amazing ceramics that hail from West Germany from 1950-1970. The designs are beautiful. Fast forward to our modern-day prince of pottery, Jonathan Adler. Mr. Adler is quirky in all the right ways. His tortoise lamp is currently top on my wish list! PS- Puffy Paint will totally bring you back to your early art project days!
Cut the bottom of a used light bulb off and empty the bulb of its contents. Rinse it out with water (and maybe some soap) to clean out the metal. Next, fill it with water and then set it on something that will hope it upright, such as a napkin ring. Add your favorite flower to this mini vase for the completed look. A few of these create a lovely centerpiece especially when they are set at various heights.

Tutorial on how & why to properly clean your makeup brushes. (a tablespoon of white vinegar in a cup of hot water, and a 20 minute soak, followed by a hot, then cold rinse and pat dry will do it. Disinfects, dissolves grease/makeup, leaves no film, and inexpensive.)
Why hadn't I seen this before today? I dunno, though I bet not all corgis long for stilts. This also made me think of a friend & her corgi; maybe she'd like this? Maybe I could DIY it (or something similar)? Also: the text that I can type in for a pin may (or may not) be too long. Certainly longer than a tweet, shorter than a short story (or is it?). Look, Ma! I still have 102 characters left!
