Guam - Siopao is a Filipino dish, though many Asian countries have similar steamed buns with a variety of fillings. On Guam, this is the most popular type, made with beef, chicken or pork, all tasting very much alike. Some islanders also fill the buns with chicken kelaguen (making the kelaguen on the dry side and not so lemony).

Guam - Corn titiyas or titiyas mai'es (ti-tee-dzas ma-is) is another popular bread with Chamorro food, especially the different types of kelaguens ( a ceviche-like dish).

GUAM - Flour titiyas (ti-tee-dzas) is the Chamorro's choice of party breads. It is generally eaten with the various types of kelaguens, similar to ceviche. Titiyas is also delish with butter and jelly.
