Pulled Pork Burger
Pulled Pork Rub a 6 pound pork loin with a good steak rub. Place in a slow cooker. Pour 4 ounces of liquid smoke over the roast. Cover and set to high. Cook for 7 to 8 hours until roast can be pulled apart easily. (On low, plan on at least 12 hours.) Remove meat and pull apart. Cool the liquid, skim off the fat and discard. Pour the juice onto the shredded meat.
