Home of the Mountain Dweller: A Simple Christmas
The tree is cheap, brown tissue paper glued to the wall using Elmer's school glue. The shelves are melamine from Ikea. I sprayed them brown using Krylon plastic paint. The leaves are cut from a Junie B. Jones book. The cocoon is from Ikea as well. :) She really enjoys this little hideaway. What an AWESOME idea!! love the inset arch; colors and materials give the impression of "okay to get dirty and wet" but still look clean and will be easy to clean. I like that the "bench" to put your foot up on to take off shoes is right under the coat hooks, which are low enough to discourage people from putting junk on the bench Cabin, Idea, Mudroom, Dream, Mud Rooms, Stone, Hous, Design, Entryway
