Make meatloaf in a muffin pan- it cooks in 15 minutes! (Thank you Rachel Ray). Then top with mashed potatoes....sounds yummy
You can make this beef stew in the oven or a slow cooker.
Old Fashioned Beef Stew Recipe - I cannot even describe how amazing this was.... Seriously. I wanted to cry when I was eating it! MUST boil it down for about an hour for the flavor to be incredible. I used marsala cooking wine ($2 at Kroger) and omitted the thyme. I used homemade beef stock, because we keep this on hand. WOW!!! I will make this again and again!

Perfect Pork Chops ~ The trick to perfectly tender and juicy pork chops is to quickly sear or brown them first over high heat in a frying pan in order to lock in the juices, and then move the pork chops to the oven to finish cooking. This cooking technique is a trick of the restaurant trade, and it works just as well at home in your own kitchen!
