five almonds, one red apple, one banana, 3/4 cup of nonfat greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of nonfat milk (I'd use unsweetened vanilla almond milk), and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon! Happy Fall!

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, minus bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
