Things for Jase

10 ways to spend memorable time with your kids on the cheap - My favorites are having something unexpected for dinner (i might substitute the chocolate fondue for a waffle parfait kinda thing with whipped cream and fruit...) and "Have lunch UNDER the table!"

milk carton watering can...great idea for kids helping in the garden. Smaller kids can use a half-gallon. Can also let kids decorate it how they want

ADD TO MY SHABBY SHELF: Dandelion Prayer Puffs: These Prayers (not just mere wishes) wait on a shelf until you want to send off prayers for thanksgiving or otherwise. Then, it is off with the cap, eyes tightly closed for the prayers of our heart, and a big huff. As they blow in the wind it let them remind us of our many blessings. Watching the prayer puffs fall softly knowing God hears and sees our troubles and thankfulness always. He is always our soft place to land.
