The Best Protein Powder for Women:Rice protein is a great choice. It has a high biological value–around 80%, similar to beef–and tastes great (I think). In terms of specific products, I really like Sun Warrior’s rice protein. Pea protein is equally good. Its biological value is about as good as rice’s, and has a high amount of leucine. In terms of brands, you can’t go wrong with NOW Foods’ pea protein.

Portobello mushrooms stuffed with kale and creamy goat cheese Saute a bunch of kale with olive oil and thinly sliced garlic, add red pepper flakes and a splash of water and simmer until it all wilts down.Add in some creamy goat cheese. Watch it melt down and get really creamy! Now stuff all that goodness into a partially grilled portobello and top it with some homemade breadcrumbs.
Stuffed grilled peppers were an excellent addition to the chicken. I grilled my pepper halves ahead of time then stuffed them with cooked brown rice that had garlic, onion, grated romano cheese, basil and leftover roasted grape tomatoes mixed in. Fill your peppers full with the rice mixture then top them off with fresh mozzarella and just warm in the oven until the cheese melts

Gwyneth Paltrow's No-Fry Fries. (Just potatoes, olive oil and salt @ 450 degrees. The trick is to soak potatoes in cold water first!)
