THM Chocolate Chip Micro Treat (from Kirsten Kees) :) -1 Tbsp of melted butter or coconut oil -1 scant Tbsp of Truvia -1 scant Tbsp of Just Like Brown Sugar - A splash of vanilla - Pinch of salt - 1 egg yolk - 1/4 cup almond flour - 2 Tbsp plan approved chocolate chips (I used the sugar-free Hershey's but they are not for purist. You could use chopped up plan-approved chocolate bars or whatever you like) Stir it all together in a cup, bowl or ramekin. Microwave 45 seconds

Orange Julius by Natasha Atkerson Trim Healthy Mama THM E style (serves 2) 1 orange (peeled) I rip it in half and toss in the blender. (I use a Vita-Mix) 1cup of almond milk 1cup of 1 or 2% cottage cheese Capful of frontier orange alcohol free extract (I used 9 drops of Young Living Lemon essential oil instead of the extract) Sweetener to taste 2 scoops of protein powder Blend all ingredients together, then add Ice till desired consistency. Enjoy!

THM Breakfast casserole (S) 1/4c. Half and half 14 eggs 2c. Chopped Spinach 1lb. Sausage, fried 1c. Sour cream 1c. Cottage cheese 2c. Cheddar cheese Sliced mushrooms Peppers and onions Bacon I fried the peppers, onions and mushrooms with my sausage. Whip eggs with remaining ingred. And sausage mixture. Pour into greased 9x13. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

Baked Banana Bread Oatmeal (E) Add 1/4 tsp banana extract & 1/4 tsp butter flavor to the wet ingredients. Use only 1/2 banana, replace milk with almond milk, & brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon of Sweet Blend or 1-2 packs of Truvia. Add 4g of chopped pecans & 1/8 cup SF maple syrup to the top. Delicious!!!!
