Or leave that out, add some cinnamon and sweetener plus maybe a scant 1/4 cup oat fiber for a breakfasty cinnamon biscuit (may need a little almond milk if the batter's too stiff). Or change out the cheese and add seasonings to match your meal. Very versatile, and a GREAT substitute for corn bread (it's got crunchy edges, buttery goodness, and a similar texture).

Add remaining ingredients, cook until desired caramel color, stirring often. Take off heat and add: 2 tsp all natural peanut butter Dash of salt 1/2 -3/4 C peanuts Stir well. Shape into mounds on parchment paper. Makes 16 candies. (holds together slightly better with less peanuts)
