Savory Vegetable Beef Soup. This is a "freeze in advance and cook in the crockpot" recipe. It is very yummy! It also uses ground beef, which is more economical...and it's always good to have another ground beef recipe on hand. This one is a keeper! (Side note: the recipe says to cook the beef before hand; I put it in the freezer bag raw and let the crockpot cook it and it was great; you have to use really lean meat to do it that way though)
