These are 'Trim Healthy Mama' recipes that I have tried and LOVE! Trim Healthy Mama (THM) is a health plan that was created for mom's but works for anyone! The ideas behind it are that you don't eat or cook with sugar, cut out highly processed foods including carbs and then eat develop meals around proteins adding in fats for 'S' meals and good carbs for 'E' meals.
