I made this last night and it was AMAZING!!!! Just 2 Tbsp. of lime juice and 1/4 cup honey on whatever fruit you have. We used Mango, Blueberries, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Mandarin Oranges and Green Grapes - Beautiful and Scrumptious! Add the Strawberries right before serve.

Pioneer Woman's cinnamon rolls (half recipe) REALLY good!!!! I used 1/2 pastry flour and 1/2 regular flour to make them extra tender. Baked on a sheet pan with parchment - not touching each other. Maple flavoring in frosting is divine!

Red Roasted Carrots Combine a couple pinches (or a half teaspoon each) of cinnamon, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and sea salt. Mix spices well in a bowl (or bag!) with 5 or 6 diagonally (oval) cut carrots plus 1T olive oil and 1t sesame oil. Roast at 400 for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet until the edges are crispy brown. roasted cumin-lime carrots - made for Easter dinner - I loved them! It's an unusual flavor for carrots, and not all the family was brave enough to try them, but I found them quite addicting. I used baby carrots (bagged kind from Costco, shorter than in photo), and julienned them into quarters. I also sped the process up by microwaving them for 5 minutes first, then broiling in oven (watch CLOSELY) for a few more minutes, until they began to caramelize. Oh, and I used an extra tsp. of agave.
