Cajun Chicken Pasta: This meal is awesome. The cajun flavoring was great and it felt like I was eating a tasty dish from a restaurant. I cooked the chicken in a skillet instead of on the grill. I also like my sauce a little thicker than the recipe calls for, so I added 1 Tablespoon of flour and an extra 1/2 C of parmesan cheese to the sauce recipe. YUM.

Make your own natural sports drink! Ingredients: 3 cups filtered water ¼ cup local raw honey ¼ teaspoon sea salt juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime (about ⅓ cup) Directions: Juice lemon and lime, straining out any seeds (and pulp if you wish). Add all ingredients to a container with a tight-fitting lid and shake well until honey and salt are dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 quart.

Pesto Chicken Skewers - made last night (Sat. the 12th), and served over a simple garlic olive oil tossed spaghetti it was marvelous! The lemon juice and zest just brightened it so much!
