Eating 1-1 1/2 hours before a workout is key! Your body needs some energy to work off of. If you go to a workout hungry you will be working off lean muscle instead of fat! So eating something with some carbs and some protein (preferably something that is half carbs, half protein) will give your body something to work off of, but will also allow your body to go into fat burning mode. So have a snack and then get to your workout!!
Eat before gym
Teapots - Works out your obliques & helps get rid of your love handles. AGAIN, Bosu ball is optional. Stand with legs shoulder width apart, bend at your waist as far as you can without lifting your opposite leg off the grown or bending your supporting leg. Do 15-20 reps x 3-4 sets. I use 15-20lbs dumb bells.
15 minute back workout
Toning your upper back and shoulders. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a sturdy place to sit.
