London Broil. This was great. My picky kids thought it was steak and I didn't explain any difference. They ate it up. Flavor was great. Ken & I typically eat A1 sauce on just about all meats we cook, this one didn't need it! The kids still dipped theirs in ketchup or BBQ as they think they need to dip everything they eat. ;-) We served with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese.

Love that!! The chicken comes out perfectly tender with flavorful pesto seasonings throughout. I like serving this chicken with my favorite mashed potato recipe and a little side salad. Hope you enjoy!! Picky Palate
