Going very non traditional for our wedding, I used Kraft Paper Scissors designs to create custom fabric flower bouquets, boutineers, and wrist corsages. I loved the uniqueness of this!
Use suger starch and form doilies around a balloon. Dry, prick the ballon and remove.
