I made the Spicy Chicken Rigatoni for dinner last night and it was amazing! Everyone loved it. It was a very inexpensive, quick and easy meal - we had leftovers, even after Stephen had two helpings. Would highly recommend! This link has several recipies that look good - I will definately try more!

Maggiano's Rigatoni D Copycat recipe - I made this and found it to be very close to Maggiano's - much closer than the Macaroni Grill version...I believe Maggiano's Rigatoni D might be a little sweeter than this one and have a little more sauce....still very yummy!!
Big Eddie's Rigatoni. I love this when I crave Lasagna but don't have all day to cook. The only addition: a layer of a mixture of 3 cups cottage cheese mixed with 2 beaten eggs and 1/4 cup parsley flakes. Keep everything else the same! So good and quick!
