Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potato - great way to eat bbq without bread! *We have been trying to eat healthier...errr we have been on a diet and this was GREAT reguardless! I would totally have this again. We used the leftover pulled pork in burritos later in the week. Gotta love it! (PS I did use Pork Loin like the recipe calls for and followed her instructions exactly and it turned out great!)

Camp food - Hobo Hash. Shredded potatoes, shredded cheese, chopped Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Wrap securely in tin foil and throw on a campfire grill. Cook for about 20 min depending on your fire. The bottom comes out crispy while the top is moist. You can flip the foil packet if you want both sides crispy.
