Grow an Avocado Tree from the pit (for a houseplant, it probably won't produce fruit). After drying, the pit is suspended in a glass of water and once there is root growth of about 2″, it can be planted in a pot of soil and tended to as a houseplant. If your climate allows, you can plant this outdoors.
How to Grow an Avocado Tree
Mix packet of carrot seeds with several scoops of fresh coffee grounds to help space carrot seeds, repel pests, and fertilize soil. Add some radish seeds to the mixture. The radishes will sprout first, so you will know where your rows are.

Coconut Cheesecake . . .
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake. This cheesecake is absolute perfection. The fresh sweet berries and creamy cheesecake are layered on top of a rich graham cracker crust and none of it has to be baked. Just because it is fast and easy to make doesn't mean it shouldn't also be gorgeous. Pretty enough for a wedding shower, but simple enough for a picnic in the backyard.

These are cute for Sunday Morning Breakfast! Here’s the recipe, enjoy! Very simple, just three steps: 1) Cut bell peppers into 1/2 inch rings 2) Place in a non-stick lightly oiled skillet 3) Crack an egg in the middle of each ring and cover and cook over low heat until done. If you like your yolks runny, just cook over low heat until whites are done. If you like your yolks firm, break the yolks and then cook over low heat until both whites and yolks are firm
